One on One Coaching

Stage 1- You will complete a well-being assessment (15 minutes)

Investment is 250 dollars for the assessment and 60-75 minute vision planning session (If you choose upfront to sign up for three months of coaching, the assessment is 50% off).

Other assessments or tools may be used depending on your needs. The different tools and assessments invite you to become more self-aware and develop mindfulness in everyday activities. Well-being encompasses the whole person; mind, body, spirit and emotions.

Stage 2: We sit down together, and I learn more about you, your strengths, supports, motivators, and challenges. Together we develop a real, tailor-made plan that aligns what’s most important to you with your wellness/life goals while defining strategies to deal with your unique challenges. This includes creating your wellness vision, 3-month behavioral goals, and several first week goals. Time – 75 minutes

Stage 3: We connect weekly, or as needed  over the phone, reviewing your progress, brainstorming strategies, developing solutions, and agreeing on SMART goals (Specific, measurable, action-oriented, realistic and time-lined) for the following week. It is anticipated that setbacks will happen. I look at this as an opportunity for growth! Time- 40 minutes

Stage 4: After a few weeks you will begin to notice an increase in energy, motivation, and the self-confidence you need to make long-lasting changes. By the end of 3 months, clients typically reach more than 70% of their three-month behavioral goals.

Ongoing Investment After Assessment and Vision Planning Session

480 dollars for 4  40 minute calls and unlimited emails.  A three month minimum is recommended.
